TUCSON, Ariz. – The Oregon State women's golf team continued its upward trajectory during the 2021 season with a strong showing at the Wildcat Invitational on Tuesday.
The Beavers finished in sixth place in a packed 16-team field with a 16-over 289-299-292--880 at the par-72, 6,627-yard Sewailo Golf Course.
Head coach Dawn Shockley and assistant coach Kelly Kerkvliet have seen their team improve every tournament in 2021. Oregon State opened the season with an eighth-place finish at the Sun Devil Winter Classic, then finished in a tie for seventh at the Bruin Wave Invitational before today's sixth-place showing at the Wildcat Invitational.
