PULLMAN, Wash. – Oregon State’s women’s rowing team completed the regular season Saturday morning at No. 13 Washington State’s Wawawai Landing.
“Today we showed some good improvements from two weeks ago and identified some places we can gain speed before Pac-12’s. So today’s race gave us exactly what we needed,” head coach Emily Ford said. “Thank you to Washington State for putting on a great event.”
OSU’s Varsity 8 battled in a tight race with the Cougars needing just 6-minutes, 23.17-seconds to cover the 2,000-meter course at Wawawai Landing near Pullman. The Beavers crossed the finish just over four seconds behind the Cougars.
