TEMPE, Ariz. – The No. 3 Oregon State women's basketball team suffered its first loss of the 2019-20 season Sunday afternoon, as the Beavers fell to Arizona State 55-47 in Tempe, Ariz.
With the defeat, OSU moves to 15-1 on the season, 3-1 in Pac-12 play. Arizona State goes to 13-4 on the year after completing a sweep of the Oregon schools.
"Arizona State never quits, and we knew this was going to be a battle," said Oregon State head coach . "I was proud of the way we fought back to give ourselves a chance.
