CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State University football team dropped a Pac-12 contest against the sixth ranked University of Washington on Saturday evening at Reser Stadium.
The Beavers (1-4, 0-2) fell to the Huskies (5-0, 2-0) 42-7.
Oregon State's defense shined in the first half, holding the Washington offense to its lowest halftime point total this season. The Huskies scored on their opening possession of the game taking a 7-0 lead.
After allowing 98 yards on the only scoring drive of the first half, the stingy Beavers' defense gave up only 96 yards in the remainder of the first half.
