TUCSON, Ariz. — The Oregon State women's swimming team fell in today's tri-meet at the Hillenbrand Aquatic Center at the University of Arizona. The Beavers suffered losses to Northern Arizona, 167-125, New Mexico State, 168-126 and Arizona 213-77.
Oregon State recorded its first event win against Northern Arizona and New Mexico State as the Beavers 200-yard medley relay—made up of , , and —finished with a time of 1:45.69. Arizona's A and B teams took first and second place.
Freshman took third place in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 57.04; less than a half a second behind the leader.
