CORVALLIS, Ore. – Steven Kwan and Cadyn Grenier each tallied three hits in Oregon State's 8-5 loss to Arizona State in front of 3,751 fans Saturday afternoon at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field.
The game changed hands multiple times, with ASU (18-24 overall, 10-10 Pac-12 Conference) going up 2-0 before the Beavers scored four to take the lead. The Sun Devils tied the game at four in the fifth, then watched as Cadyn Grenier put the Beavers (31-7, 11-6) up 5-4 in the fifth.
That run, however, marked Oregon State's final of the game as Arizona State scored the game's final four runs for the win.
