NEW ORLEANS – Oregon State track & field followed a highly successful season on the track with great performances in the classroom as the Beavers were named an All-Academic team selection by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Thursday.
In total, 361 teams were honored for their academics by the USTFCCCA. The Beavers ranked 85th out of the 220 women's teams. The Beavers 46-woman contingent had a combined GPA of 3.43, ranking fifth in the Pac-12, behind Stanford (3.61), Utah (3.52), Washington State (3.47) and Arizona State (3.
