SALT LAKE CITY — The Oregon State swimming team opened its 2016-17 season today at Salt Lake City with a tri-meet against Utah and BYU. The Beavers suffered losses to both opponents; 157-96 to Utah and 178-83 to BYU.
The Beavers started the meet with the 200-yard relay and finished third with a time of 1:46.13. Emma Osowski recorded a fifth place finish in the 1000-yard free with a mark of 11:30.56.
Felicia Anderson recorded her first win of her collegiate carrerin the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 57.51, out-touching the next opponent by .
