LOS ANGELES – The Oregon State defense claimed three USC turnovers but the Trojans took a 38-10 decision Saturday afternoon at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

OSU took two fumbles in the first quarter, the first coming on a muffed punt forced by Omar Hicks-Onu and recovered by Brandon Arnold at USC's 29-yard line.

Bright Ugwoegbu recovered his second fumble of the season on the following USC drive at the Trojan 23-yard line.

The Beavers got a 21-yard pass from Darell Garretson to Isaiah Hodgins shortly after to get OSU inside the redzone and a 33-yard field goal attempt from Jordan Choukair cut the Trojan lead to 14-3 with 14:17 remaining in the second quarter.
