After a frustrating loss to Arizona State, the Beavers were looking for a bounce back win, and boy did they get one tonight. Oregon State traveled to Seattle to take on Washington, and put things away early in the second quarter, getting a big 86-39 win. With that, the Beavers stand at 16-3 overall, and 6-1 in the conference.
The first quarter started with the teams trading buckets, but Katie McWilliams foreshadowed the way the game was heading when she sank a three after an Amber Melgoza turnover to get the Beavers a five point lead. 40 seconds later Taya Corosdale drained a three of her own, and we were off to the races.
