Box Score Wailuku, Hawaii – Sophomore Taylor Kalmer set a career-high with 15 points as the No. 18/24 Oregon State women's basketball team recorded a 65-56 win over BYU Saturday evening at the War Memorial Gymnasium in Wailuku, Maui. With the win, the Beavers won the inaugural Maui Classic, which was hosted by Oregon State.
"This is a great win," said Oregon State head coach Scott Rueck. "I loved everything about it – I loved the way we prepared, I love the way we withstood their challenges. Both of the teams we played here in Maui are used to a lot of success, and present a real challenge.
