CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State wrestling team will unveil a new competition mat on Monday night when its hosts No. 21 Stanford in its Pacific-12 Conference opener. The dual begins at 7:05 p.m.; it will be televised by the Pac-12 Network.
It is the first home match for the Beavers (2-6) in more than two months. They faced Michigan on Nov. 20, 2016, in their home opener.
"We have done a lot of traveling," OSU coach Jim Zalesky said, noting the Beavers have been to the East Coast twice, to the Rocky Mountain region, to Utah/Nevada and to Chicago already this winter.
