CORVALLIS, Ore. – Amity High School standout Lindsay McShane has signed a letter of intent to join the Oregon State track & field team for the 2016-17 season.
She is one of Oregon’s best prep throwers and has the top marks in the shot put (42-5) and discus (143-8), and the No. 2 mark in the javelin (135-0) in Class 3A this season.
Her lifetime bests are 144-7 in the discus and 141-1 in the javelin, set in 2015, when she captured repeat 3A state championships in the discus and shot put. She also placed fourth in the javelin in 2014 and third in 2015.
