CORVALLIS -- Oregon State University Athletics is proud to announce Ali Alshujery and Mary Jacobsen have been named February Student-Athletes of the Month.
Alshujery is a senior wrestler from Portland who is majoring in kinesiology. He has numerous OSU Honor Roll inclusions and is on track to attend graduate school with the goal of becoming a physician. Alshujery is redshirting this season due to injury.
"It's an honor to be selected for this academic merit," Alshujery said. "I came to OSU with two goals; first to get an education and second to compete in wrestling.
