All-time Portland Interscholastic League boys basketball scoring performances

Jefferson’s Geno West joined an elite group Tuesday when he scored 53 points in the Democrats’ 110-63 win over Franklin. West’s performance is one of the highest scoring games in Portland Interscholastic League history. That’s no small feat, as the PIL has the state’s richest history when it comes to boys basketball. Here are the PIL’s highest scoring performances of all time:
