The Oregon State Beavers have been on fire on the recruiting trail lately adding two commitments on Saturday from Junior College defensive tackle Jeromy Reichner and 3-star outside linebacker John McCartan.
On Sunday morning Jonathan Smith and this new Beaver staff received more good news as 247Sports 3-star running back Jermar Jefferson committed to Oregon State after the conclusion of his official visit. Jefferson made the announcement public via his Twitter account:
The 5-foot-10, 188-pound running back from Narbonne High School out of Redondo Beach, California becomes the first running back commitment for Oregon State in the 2018 class.
