In front of the largest regular season crowd in Goss Stadium history (3,420), Oregon State lost to the Trojans by a score of 7-5 to even the series at a game a piece. The loss was OSU’s first at home in 2017. They drop to 33-4 on the year.
USC got on the board first in the top of the third with an RBI single. Trevor Larnach promptly answered in the next frame with a RBI sac fly. In the top of the fourth, USC took a 3-1 lead with a two RBI single when the bases were loaded.
