EUGENE, Ore. – The No. 2 Women of Oregon placed three runners in the top 10 Friday on its way to winning the 2018 NCAA West Regional Championship. With the victory, the Ducks collected their 11th NCAA regional title and secured a spot at next week's NCAA Championship.
Behind a strong, top-10 performance by senior Blake Haney, the Oregon men finished fifth in a loaded field—eight nationally ranked teams—and now await at-large selections. The full NCAA Championships field will be announced Saturday at 2 p.m. PT on NCAA.com.
Collectively, the Ducks leave Sacramento with eight all-region accolades which are awarded to the top-25 finishers.
