The Oregon Ducks defeated the Rhode Island Rams in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento.

Oregon guard Tyler Dorsey led all scorers with 27 points on 9 for 10 shooting while forward Dillon Brooks added 19 points and seven rebounds for the Ducks (31-5).

Prior to Oregon's win, the 7th-seeded Michigan Wolverines upset No. 2 seed Louisville in their second round game on Sunday. The Wolverines previously defeated Oklahoma State their first round contest.
