EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon head baseball coach Mark Wasikowski announced Wednesday the addition of pitching coach Jake Angier to his staff.
Angier comes to Oregon after spending the last six seasons at Sacramento State. He started his tenure with the Hornets as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator before being promoted to pitching coach in 2017 and associate head coach in 2019.
"Jake has proven to be one of the best pitching coaches on the West Coast in recent years," Wasikowski said. "His connection to the Pacific Northwest, being originally from Seattle, has allowed him to recruit quality pitching pieces from the region to his staff.
