PHOENIX — The Oregon women's golf team is tied for fourth place after opening the 2023 Pac-12 Championships with an even-par 288 on Monday at Papago Golf Course.
Led by a 2-under 70 from freshman Anika Varma and a 1-under 71 from senior Briana Chacon, the No. 9 Ducks notched their seventh par-or-better round of the season and are tied for fourth with California through 18 holes. No. 14 USC leads the field at 9-under par, followed by Arizona at 6 under and No. 1 Stanford at 1 under.
