T.J. Ward Cut By Denver Broncos, Finds New Home With Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Roster cuts hit the National Football League on Saturday and among those looking for new homes was Safety T.J. Ward. Team President John Elway saw a youth movement in Camp that allowed the Denver Broncos to part ways with Ward and his over $20 million salary for the upcoming season. The former Oregon Duck says the way that Denver went about releasing him was unprofessional.

Ward told ESPN the Organization kept him in the dark as to what they were planning on when it came to their former Starting Safety. Just as it was at Oregon, the locker room in Tampa was a key reason that he signed with the Buccaneers.
