In Sunday's 27-18 loss at Green Bay, Washington starting quarterback Jayden Daniels sprained his knee. Commanders coach Dan Quinn told the media Monday that the second-year pro is "day-to-day" ahead of a Sunday home game against the Raiders.
"[Daniels] did have an MRI and he's already begun his return to play process with us," Quinn said.
"He is truly day-to-day. What does that mean for Sunday? I can't tell you that now. I'll have more to share on that when we get to Wednesday and practice and what that would look like. But in the return to play, he and any of the guys have to hit all of the markers for us to get back and do our thing.
