Duck fans who checked in on Sunday football got some consolation from a couple of all-time favorites.
In Tampa, Oregon single-season receiving record holder Tez Johnson went deep on 2nd and 11 dove and flipped into the end zone to pull down a 45-yard touchdown from Baker Mayfield, his first as a pro.
It gave the Buccaneers a 27-19 lead, still holding as the game enters the fourth quarter in a battle of 4-1 NFC teams.

Johnson's flair for the big play and the tough-to-cover crossing routes would have been huge for the Ducks yesterday, but it's delightful to see him make big plays as he pursues his NFL dream.
