EUGENE, Ore. - The University of Oregon lacrosse team's game at Stanford this Sunday (April 11) has been canceled due to recent COVID-19 developments within the Cardinal program.
The Ducks are scheduled to play at California on Friday (April 9) before returning home to host UC Davis on April 17.
