Your Oregon Ducks faced off against the Ole Miss Rebels in a WCWS elimination game on Friday night in OKC, and hoooo boy was it a good one. The Rebels would kick things off right away, singling home a run in the top of the first inning, but their lead would be short lived as the Ducks would answer back with a two-RBI single of their own in the bottom of the inning, giving Oregon a 2-1 lead. The next three innings would be scoreless, but not uneventful, with both teams getting multiple runners not just on base, but in scoring position, with neither side being able to capitalize.
