Crescent Valley's Talanoa Hufanga, the nation's No. 1 athlete, is the highest-rated Oregon high school football prospect in the history of 247Sports' rankings.
The No. 14 player in the country, Hufanga cut his list to a final six of Michigan, Nebraska, Oregon, UCLA, USC and Utah in September, but is growing closer to making a decision.
For weeks, Hufanga has had an official visit to USC on the schedule for December 15 - just days before football's early signing period (December 20) and within weeks of his planned decision date.
However, those plans are now subject to change.
