LUBBOCK, Texas – Senior Marcella Pranovia matched the best round of her career with a 5-under 67 on Tuesday to lead the Oregon women's golf team to a 1-over 289 in the second round of the NCAA Regionals at The Rawls Course.
The Ducks (294-289—583, +7) sit in a tie for third overall heading into Wednesday's final round, with the top six at the end of the 54-hole tournament advancing to the NCAA Championships in Sugar Grove, Ill. (May 19-24). Oregon currently has a nine-stroke cushion from falling below the cut line to make its second-straight NCAA Championship.
