The Oregon Ducks entered the game tied for a share of the Pac-12 Title after their win againt Stanford on Monday night. A win on Friday night would secure the Pac-12 Crown outright for the Ducks and Washington State was in their way.
Oregon opened the game with a clinic including shots inside and a 13 point run. In the first three minutes, Sabrina Ionescu had two points and five assists forcing a Washington State timeout. Oregon had a 30-11 lead after the first quarter and were shooting 76 percent from the floor for the opening 10 minutes of the game.
