Katie Fiso is an igniter. The 5-11 guard from Seattle, Washington started a rally with a driving layup and two jumpers to get the Ducks a lead at 12-11 with three minutes to play in the first quarter and they never trailed again, winning 86-59 at Washington State.
For the game the Ducks' new point guard poured in 10-14 shots on her way to a career-high 22 points and 8 assists.
The game was sloppy at first with ball knocked around a bit, but Kelly Graves' new squad settled down to hit 11-24 3-pointers, 5-8 from transfer forward Mia Jacobs, 2-4 by Sofia Bell.
