Oregon softball showed remarkable stability in the offseason between 2024 and 2025. That stability was noteworthy, but as was the case in ‘22 and ‘23, the transfers out were primarily pitchers. It is not a surprise that the sole entrant into the transfer portal last year was also a pitcher, Stevie Hansen

Stevie Hansen was a primary pitcher for the Ducks in her first two seasons, pitching 124 innings in 2022 and 146 innings in 2023, then kind of fell off the charts after the out-of-conference schedule in 2024 as Morgan Scott and Elise Sokolsky took over.
