As the Ducks prepare for Friday's season opener versus Stony Brook (7 p.m., Pape' Field), it's time for position preview number three for the Oregon women's soccer team. Today we scout the forwards.
Forward is Oregon's deepest position as the UO coaches could be able to play three or four attackers at each spot. The Ducks return the players who scored 16 of team's 21 goals in 2017 and many of those came from the forwards. All-Pac-12 senior Marissa Everett has been among Oregon leaders in goals, assists and points all three years in Eugene.
