TEMPE, Ariz. -- For much of his career, Roman Sorkin has had the best seat in the house during the winningest stretch of basketball in Oregon history.
The 6-foot-10 forward from Israel went to the NCAA Tournament as a freshman, the Elite Eight as a sophomore and advanced to the Final Four last year as a junior.
And for most of those three years, Sorkin primarily sat on the bench, watching.
Even as a senior, Sorkin's impact has been streaky at best. He scored 23 points in Oregon's opener over Coppin State and, until Thursday, had produced 16 since.
