Head Coach Dana Altman watched his team battle in the first half against Arizona State. It was tied at 39 at halftime. The second half saw the Sundevils break on a 22-2 run. That was enough to win the game against the Ducks. Oregon found momentum last week beating Arizona on the road and holding the Wildcats to shooting under 40 percent from the floor. They were not able to contain ASU.
Arizona State shot 51 percent from the floor and landed 17 of 21 free throws. Both teams had 15 turnovers, but the Sundevils came through with 25 points from their bench players.
