Oregon wide receiver Evan Stewart took to social media to share his progress as he works back from surgery after tearing his patellar tendon.
Stewart captioned his post on Instagram, "I mean God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers, am I right?" He confirmed that he tore his patellar tendon and the recovery time is three to twelve months.
The short video reel depicts his rehab process, treadmill, muscle stimulators and the like. "Mentally, it's just been long," Stewart said. "You hope that the recovery time is closer to three than 12 months.
