Dana Altman is calling all guard transfers currently in the portal for Oregon basketball. OK, so maybe he isn’t actually calling them all, but he’s putting plenty of feelers out there for some of the top guard transfers on the market and one seems to have really caught his eye in Oklahoma’s De’Vion Harmon.
