Oregon Basketball: Ducks Hold Stanford To 27 Percent Shooting In Win

Louis King started out the game with a dunk giving Oregon a 2-0 lead. In the early going the Ducks were able to put ut six points in the first seven minutes. The Cardinal did not score until the 13-minute mark in the first half. Both teams were struggling early. The Ducks started hitting 33 percent, Stanford at just 7 percent from the field.

The Stanford Cardinal set a Matthew Knight Arena record missing 20 of their first 21 shots in the game. The Ducks extended their lead with just over three minutes left in the first half to 23-11.
