Oregon Automatically Advances to NCAA Women's Golf Championships

BATON ROUGE, La. – Oregon will automatically advance to the NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championships after the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional was unable to be played due to extreme weather and poor course conditions at University Club.

The NCAA made the final call around 10 a.m. PT on Wednesday. With no golf able to be played, the top six seeds in the field automatically move on to the 24-team NCAA Championships, set for May 21-26 in Scottsdale, Ariz. The Ducks advance as the No. 4 seed in the field.

Oregon will compete at the NCAA Championships for the 11th time in program history, and first since 2017.
