The afternoon started with Raevyn Rogers qualifying for the Semi-Final in the 800 Meters. Another former Oregon Duck Laura Roesler just missed qualifying. The trend continued for Oregon in the Men’s 400 Meters. Michael Berry and Marcus Chambers will move on. In the Women’s 4oo Meters, Phyllis Francis won her heat.
In the final heat of the Women’s 400 Sanya Richards Ross pulled up about 3/4 of the way through her heat. Courtney Okolo took the heat to move on to the Semi Final along with Francis. She was here at Hayward just a few weeks ago and took a National Title for Texas.
