There has been so much attention and focus on coach Willie Taggart's decision to leave Oregon for Florida State, on co-offensive coordinator Mario Cristobal's ascension as Taggart's successor, and what the composition of Cristobal's coaching staff will be going forward, the Ducks' bowl game has seemed to get lost in the shuffle.
Oregon meets Boise State at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the Las Vegas Bowl.
I'm curious to see if the Ducks show up.
Bottom-feeder bowls are tricky to handicap in the best of circumstances. They often match teams coming off mediocre seasons who might or might not be excited to play one more time.
