The reputation and results of Oregon football recruiting are melting as steadily as the Greenland ice sheet and eroding as steadily as certain sections of the California coastline.
The Ducks aren’t winning the day in recruiting. Just last night Daniel Green, a 3-star linebacker from Madison High in Portland, announced a verbal commitment to USC.
Just a month ago mammoth defensive tackle Marlon Tuipulotu committed to Washington, and earlier this month 5-star quarterback Ryan Kelly decommitted from Oregon to pledge his talents to Arizona State.
Tuipulotu and Green are the #1 and #6 prospects in Oregon.
