EUGENE -- Joe Salave'a sounds like a man who likes to roll up his sleeves and get to work.
That's speaking metaphorically because, in a practical sense, that would not be possible this week for the Oregon Ducks defensive line coach.
Since fall camp opened Monday at UO, Salave'a alone has worn daily a pale blue, short-sleeve cotton collared shirt with a metal button at its top. On a white name plate over a breast pocket, "Joe" is stitched in green cursive thread. There's gray in his goatee now, but the 6-foot-3, former eight-year NFL defensive lineman still looks like he could put a center onto his back, his frame testing the shirt's seams.
