Isaac Slade-Matautia, Oregon’s two-year starting linebacker, has entered the transfer portal.
ISM played a total of 28 games as a Duck, and played at the side of Troy Dye during Oregon’s historic 2019-20 season that ended with a Rose Bowl victory over Wisconsin. However, the senior took to Instagram to share the following heartfelt message:
“To the UO football program, thank you for the life lessons and the opportunity to play and train everyday at a high level,” he said. “There are no words to express my feelings of gratitude for the people that have helped me become not only a better athlete, but a better person.
