Eugene, Ore. – Caroline Inglis and Cathleen Santoso qualified for one of the most prestigious amateur golf events in the world Tuesday. The Duck duo shot the two lowest scores at the Portland Golf Club to secure their spots in the 115th rendition of the U.S. Women’s Amateur slated to take place August 10-16 in Portland.
The Amateur is one of 13 U.S. national golf championships organized by the United States Golf Association. The Amateur is considered one of the highest honors in women’s amateur golf.
