Things start to get serious for the UO track and field program this weekend.
The men and women of Oregon are in Arkansas to compete in the Razorback Invitational, Friday and Saturday. Arkansas was site of the 2015 NCAA Indoor championships, where the UO men won the title and the women finished second. This weekend’s meet features six top-10 teams on the men’s side and five among the women.
“I’ve never been to an indoor meet this stacked,” said Itohan Aikhionbare, a thrower who transferred into the women’s program from UC Irvine. “It’s going to be fun.
