EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon head coach Melyssa Lombardi signed Remmington Hewitt to a National Letter of Intent on Wednesday.
The Pleasant Grove, Calif., native is ranked 23rd overall in the class of 2022 by Extra Innings Softball and is that outlet's No. 16 infielder nationally.
Lombardi on Hewitt: "Remmington has an incredible softball IQ and brings such a competitive intensity to the game. She's versatile and can play just about every position. One of the things that makes her unique is that she can hit for power and average. She's has a tremendous work ethic and is the ultimate team player.
