Ducks Survive in Five-Set Thriller

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Oregon volleyball team got off to a slow start and fell behind 2-1 on Tuesday night against Princeton, but the No. 14 Ducks came roaring back to beat the Tigers, 23-25, 25-22, 24-26, 25-15, 18-16, in a wild five-set match in Dillon Gymnasium.

The Ducks improved to 3-3 on the season and opened the final week of nonconference play with a comeback win over a veteran Princeton squad. Oregon was led by the all-American duo of Brooke Nuneviller and Ronika Stone, who combined for 37 kills to pace a shorthanded Duck squad.
