SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Payton Pritchard overcame a bloody nose to lead No. 4 Oregon to a gritty 69-64 win over Utah Saturday at the Huntsman Center.
Pritchard, who passed UO hall of famer Ron Lee on the Ducks' career assists list on Saturday, led Oregon with 19 points, while Chris Duarte and Will Richardson each scored 14.
"You could say it was a gritty win," said Richardson. "We had to fight them off. It tells us how hard we've got to work to get to where we want to be at.
