Ducks Find Redemption in Overtime Win

EUGENE, Ore. — One week after dropping an overtime 15-14 to Pac-12 rival Colorado, Oregon found itself on the opposite end of a familiar situation to defeat UC Davis, 13-12.

The Ducks (4-7) found themselves in a two-goal deficit with under 3:30 left to play in regulation but stormed back behind efforts from Morgan McCarthy and Haley Taylor. Oregon held on long enough to stoke any last push in regulation from the Aggies before McCarthy put a close to Saturday's game with her fourth goal of the day.

"It is great to win and beat a really good opponent," head coach Chelsea Hoffmann said following the conclusion of the overtime contest.
