Ducks Drop Another Ranked Foe

LINCOLN, Neb. – The 46th-ranked Oregon men’s tennis team moved to 5-1 on the year with a 4-3 victory over No. 52 Denver Saturday afternoon at the Dillon Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED: The neutral site match-up between the two programs started off with doubles. The Pioneers (2-2) took the first match at No. 3 when David Fox and Jesse Ruder-Hook won 6-3 over Cormac Clissold and Bartosz Sawicki. The Ducks quickly came back with a huge win at No. 1 when Jayson Amos and Armando Soemarno dismantled 11th-ranked duo Henry Craig and Alex Gasson 6-4.
